Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies

If the product is defective, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, no return or refund claims will be accepted.

If the product doesn’t work, please contact us with proof of testing of the product you received from us. No return or refund claims will be accepted without proof of testing.

If a return collection has been initiated for defective/damaged products, a refund/exchange can be initiated upon receipt of the products.

During the return collection, the courier’s shipping label will be sent to the customer’s email ID and the label will be stuck on the box with the original packaging.
